Listen and Read – Le Cauchemar

A nightmare awakens Roger in the early morning. He remains lying on his bed with a beating heart, next to his wife. Finally, he decided to get up.

He goes to the bathroom to go to the toilet. He showers, taking care to wash behind his ears as his mother always told him. Roger is rather small, round, hairy: a forest of hair covering his chest and back.

But this forest is nonexistent on his head. Roger is bald. Despite all this, he exudes a masculinity that attracts women. He gets out of the shower and towels thoroughly with his favorite towel.

He brushes his teeth, shaves and gently combs some of the hair that he has left. His toilet completed, he returned to his room where his wife just woke up.

– Mon chéri, que fais-tu debout à cette heure-ci?

– Honey, what are you doing up at this hour?

– I had a nightmare and I’m still a bit traumatized.

– Oh, mon pauvre petit oiseau! T’as pas envie de me raconter ton horrible cauchemar?

– Oh, my poor little bird! Do you not want to tell me of your horrible nightmare?

– I am in a parking garage and a clown is chasing me. He has a terrific smile. I run, I run but I can not lose him. I try to hide myself behind an old car. I close my eyes but suddenly a hand grabbed my shoulder.

– Oh, quelle horreur! Tu voudrais un bisou?

– Oh, the horror! You want a kiss?

– Yes, and also give me a hug, please.

– Avec plaisir, viens ici.

– With pleasure, come here.

Roger is the CEO of a major French company. He is known for his fierce competitiveness and his nickname is the shark. But when you really know the character, he is not that great kid.
